CSL is our foundational certification program, offering a structured pathway to becoming a confident and effective speaker. CSL Premium Intensive is a more exclusive, personalized 1:1 coaching experience designed for executive leaders. It includes all the benefits of CSL plus additional VIP support, including in-depth strategy sessions, a full VIP day, and custom branding materials like a speaker website, one sheet, and social media graphics.

CSL Premium Intensive is ideal for executive leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to elevate their thought leadership, expand their personal brand, or amplify their presence through speaking or writing a book. It’s for those who are ready to invest in a tailored, high-touch coaching experience to achieve significant results.

Upon completion of the CSL program, participants have the opportunity to apply for certification. This process includes submitting materials for review, receiving feedback, and demonstrating mastery of the program content. Once certified, you will be promoted by Career Thrivers as a certified speaker, gaining access to exclusive speaking opportunities.

In CSL, you’ll receive monthly coaching calls, access to a private virtual community, bi-monthly expert training sessions, and personalized feedback on your submissions. The program is designed to provide continuous support as you build your speaking skills and business.

CSL Premium Intensive includes everything in the standard CSL program, plus:

• Two virtual strategy sessions

• One full-day VIP session (in-person or virtual) with Brittany

• Personalized support in developing your stories, messaging, and signature talk

• Upgraded visual assets, including a speaker website, one sheet, and social media graphics

• Guest appearance on the "Let’s Thrive Together" podcast

If you’re looking to build a solid foundation in speaking and want to be part of a community, CSL is a great fit. If you’re an executive or entrepreneur looking for a more personalized, high-touch experience to amplify your brand and speaking presence, CSL Premium Intensive is the way to go.

CSL is available for $2,497 if paid in full, or $2,997 split into three payments of $999. CSL Premium Intensive is available for $13,500 if paid in full, or $15,000 split into three payments of $5,000.
