I am thrilled to share that I am embarking on a brand new fitness challenge! I've always been an athlete—played school and AAU basketball growing up, volleyball, have run one full and seven half marathons, and recently (three months ago) decided to train for my first fitness competition. I still can't believe it! But I'm learning so much about myself and sharpening my mindset on this journey.
